Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint chopped
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion diced
  • 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Green Cabbage finely shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Freah Basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Freah Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Freah Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil or other vegetable oil
  • -Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine cabbage, bell pepper, red onion, salt, mint, basil and cilantro.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk remaining ingredient until sugar is dissolved.
  • Toss with the cabbage mixture and chill.
