Instructions
Cream together the shortening, sugar, and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture a little at a time. The batter will be stiff.
Form batter into balls the size of walnuts and roll in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 400˚ for 8-10 minutes.
