Margarita Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Whisk marinade ingredients in a bowl. Clean tenderloins, marinate for 24 hours. Bring to room temperature. Sear, then bake at 375°F for 15 min or until internal temp reaches 135°F. Slice and serve this flavorful dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pork tenderloins

Marinade

  • 5 oz tequila
  • 3 oz triple sec
  • 2 oz roses lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk until incorporated.
  • Clean the Pork Tenderloins by removing the silver skin and any extra fat (not all fat…remember fat = flavor).
  • Place cleaned tenderloins in the marinade and be sure that they are fully submerged. Refrigerate in the marinade for 24 hours.
  • Remove after 24 hours and allow tenderloins to come to room temperature.
  • Once pork is at room temperature, sear the pork on all sides in a hot sauté pan and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 min or until an internal temperature of 135 degrees is achieved.
  • Slice and serve.
