Whisk marinade ingredients in a bowl. Clean tenderloins, marinate for 24 hours. Bring to room temperature. Sear, then bake at 375°F for 15 min or until internal temp reaches 135°F. Slice and serve this flavorful dish!
In a mixing bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk until incorporated.
Clean the Pork Tenderloins by removing the silver skin and any extra fat (not all fat…remember fat = flavor).
Place cleaned tenderloins in the marinade and be sure that they are fully submerged. Refrigerate in the marinade for 24 hours.
Remove after 24 hours and allow tenderloins to come to room temperature.
Once pork is at room temperature, sear the pork on all sides in a hot sauté pan and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 min or until an internal temperature of 135 degrees is achieved.
